About Talons

By-Laws Summary

1. A member must be 21 years old and will conduct himself in a professional and responsible manner while in the Talons.

2. Members will act in accordance to the Talons by-laws

3. A member will act respectful to other patch holders and their property

4. Members must own a motorcycle no smaller than a 750cc

5. A members motorcycle will be licensed, registered, insured and must be maintained in a safe operating manner.

6. Colors will not be worn in vehicles, worked in or slept in. This includes female patches.

7. A member will attend meetings, which will be held every other Monday at 6:00.

8. All members will maintain their financial obligation to the club.

9. Club business will not be discussed outside the club. What you see and hear stays within the club. Do not discuss other clubs in public no matter what is being said.

10. Potential members will either prospect or probate for a period of no less than 6 months. Prospect/Probate must have a patch holder sponsor him into the club.

11. A charter member has five years consecutive service.

12. When a patch holder leaves the club all club property will be returned to the club.

13. Things that will cost you your patch include: lying, stealing, smoking chemicals and disrespecting Talons patch holders and patch holders of other clubs. This includes ole ladies as well.
